Where we ship

We currently ship within the continental United States (the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.). We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or international addresses yet.

Getting your box before Shabbat

Shabbox is made to arrive before candle lighting on Friday. To receive your box the same week, please place your order by Tuesday at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after that ship for the following Shabbat.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your box.

Delays

Carriers occasionally have delays we can't control, especially around holidays and bad weather. If your box doesn't arrive before Shabbat because of a problem on our end, email support@theshabbox.com and we'll make it right (see our Refund policy).

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to update it before your box ships.
