Friday night, step by step
How to use your Shabbox.
- Light the candlesAbout 18 minutes before sunset. Cover your eyes and say the blessing.
- Say KiddushFill the kiddush cup with grape juice and say the blessing.
- Bless the challahUncover the challah, say Hamotzi and share it around the table.
- EnjoyFinish with something sweet. Shabbat shalom!
Shipping (at launch)
Every box will be timed to arrive before candle lighting on Friday. At launch we'll ship to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.
Kosher & allergens
All food in every Shabbox is certified kosher. Please check each item's packaging for its certifying agency and allergen information before eating.
Substitutions
Sweet flavors rotate from week to week. If an item is unavailable, we'll swap in a kosher item of similar or better value.
Returns & damaged boxes
If your box arrives damaged, is missing an item, or doesn't arrive before Shabbat because of a problem on our end, email support@theshabbox.com within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Sending it as a gift
Once we launch, you'll be able to send a box to anyone in the continental US. Just enter their address at checkout.
