Overview

This website is operated by Shabbox. By visiting theshabbox.com or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Orders and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is unavailable, if there was a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

Products and pricing

We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Box contents may change slightly from week to week (for example, sweet flavors rotate), and we may substitute an item of similar or better value. Prices and availability can change without notice. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

Kosher certification

All food in every Shabbox is certified kosher. Please check the packaging of each item for its certifying agency and allergen information. If you have a food allergy, review the labels before eating.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund policy. Both are part of these terms.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We don't store your full card details.

Accounts

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account.

Content

Everything on this site, including the Shabbox name, logo, text and images, belongs to Shabbox and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Shabbox isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed while it is posted.
